3. Dear Families,

As of today, we are halfway through our Apex leadership lessons! We learned all about step #3 in becoming a STRONG leader, which is to refuel. Sergeant Pepper) used the example of two tanks: the brain and the body. Each are refueled in opposite ways: the brain needing rest and the body needing fuel! We can only be STRONG leaders by taking care of our body through consistent exercise and healthy eating habits. We give our brains a break by getting a good amount of sleep, not worrying or stressing and not spending too much time on our devices.

As of today our class is at  $26/ Lap

Our goal is to get to $_40___/Lap by tomorrow so we can earn extra recess as a team!
